The Class 50 Terminator Phoenixed Timings – Saturday 23rd March 2019
Timings are now available for The Class 50 Terminator Phoenixed railtour, running Saturday 23rd March 2019.
Headed by a pair of GBRf livery class 50s, the tour re-traces the route of 50050 and 50007 on their final British Rail journey from London Waterloo to Penzance, then returning to Paddington. The tour will be headed by 50007 and 50049 which have recently been repainted into GBRf livery.

The ECS arrives into Paddington having worked 0415 from Eastleigh Works – 5Z49

The tour leaves London Paddington at 0708, arriving at Penzance 1330 – 1Z50

There is also a 0Z53 in the Exeter Riverside Yard area, but we’re not too sure what this is for. We’re assuming one of the 50s comes off to pull the train out of Penzance but not certain. We’ll update this post when we have more information.
