You’d have to ask them how to get to it.
They’ll be gradually moved to Newport and Kingsbury for scrapping over the next few weeks or months. I guess if someone buys one then they might get moved by road to a preserved railway.
Yes 3 sounds right. It would appear you just missed the other 4, as they moved from Barrow to Heaton today. The ones left at Barrow should be 142028 142034 142046
Thought 036 was for EKR? or are they getting 2?
I think 065 is at Heaton in warm storage, the rest I think are still in service.
Hearing the move will be wednesday around 3am. Also hearing it won’t go the whole way, it’ll stop at Crewe until later in the day.

142059 had an accident many years ago and was soon after scrapped. Back in 1991 I think
